Hello @A MyMSTeam Member 👋 I take gabapentin and duloxetine which helps a little. At night I also take medical marijuana which helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep for about 4 hours. I also use roll-on biofreeze on my feet and legs. I have acupuncture every 3 weeks, turns the burning pain down a notch. Hope you find what works for you. You are not alone 💜

• Carbamazepine (Tegretol)
• Oxcarbazepine (Trileptal)

These medications can help minimize neuropathic pain symptoms like burning, numbness, and tingling sensations. Many people find relief through non-medication approaches as well:

• Ice packs or cold therapy
• Gentle massage to improve circulation
• Water exercises
• Physical therapy
• Hot and cold compresses

It's important to work closely with your healthcare team to find the right combination of treatments, as what works best can vary from person to person. Make sure to document your pain patterns and discuss them with your doctor to develop the most effective treatment plan.
