Hi Ebineque, you may have sensitive teeth like I do. Or you may have periodontal disease; contact a dentist as soon as possible but in the meantime, buy some sensitive teeth toothpaste, use extra soft toothbrushes (getting harder to find but Oral-B makes them), brush gently and take the 2 min. needed to brush the whole mouth. Hope this helps.

Make yourself some fresh clove mouthwash and let it sit in your mouth for about 5 min it should help... cloves are very powerful. You also can put one clove on the spot that hurts and it should absorb the pain...

Ingredients:
I use half a cup clove with a pot of spring water and boil, then I let it sit till it cools and store it in a glass bottle. I use it every day.

The darker it is the fresher your mouth feels.. but it your choice of how potential, you want it...

Thanks for this info, Nashia-I've heard of this idea earlier this year.

I have the same issue, I find that swishing with coconut oil for about 10 minutes helps keep the gums clean when it's hard to brush (Mine also bleed when they're being sensitive so I feel your pain, no pun intended) πŸ«‚πŸ’ž Hope this helps

Also talk to your dentist. I had a tendency since childhood to clench my teeth when I had vertigo. I got alot of facial pain and it was diagnosed as severe TMJ. I had one joint rebuilt so I could eat. Dentistbdoes not treat this when severe you see a oral maxiliary surgeon
