I get really tired and then I go to check the weather on my phone and it'll tell me it's supposed to snow in 2 days π
I feel so understood on this app man. ππ« People swear I'm crazy and being dramatic whenever I shift behaviors ENTIRELY when my body picks up on it. I get it with rain and snow. It is worse with rain. The bigger the storm, the earlier the warning. It messes with my blood pressure and heart rate. It will also trigger migraines. I do get the supreme fatigue and muscle weakness but my blood pressure flipping between to low to to high with racing heart is the most disruptive. I know that I shouldn't use it there but it's the only thing I have found effective to help with the migraine and nausea. Those symptoms seem closer to POTS, with blood flow and oxygen issues. Before storms the body produces extra histamine, in my case it is exaggerated and can cause levels one and two of anaphylaxis.
Glad I don't ,as live in MN, and would be miserable all the time.
Hi @A MyMSTeam Member my body definitely reacts to low barometric pressure and I can feel the low pressure weather (rain, snow, storms) a couple of days before it arrives. It causes me extra fatigue and pain. There are a few of us on this forum who experience this. π
