You’re just doing too much, slow down . MS is CHRONIC so just take one day at a time.

Don’t ever let anyone including your father tell you you are gonna end up in a care facility. He has no idea how your journey will go. I have had ms for 39 years. I still walk, drive and take care of myself. Yes I have flares. I went thru a bad one about 8 months ago. But I did have some help. Your father is negative and is something you don’t need to be around. No offense. Just make boundaries.

I have experienced the same with my parents. The balance of not disrespecting but having my communications understood is very important 🙂
