I don't take Ocrevus I take Briumvi but, I don't have any solumedrol with my infusion I just take a Benadryl and 1000mg of acetaminophen at home an hour before my infusion. I haven't had an infusion reaction since I stopped having solumedrol. So I think it was that and not the Briumvi.

I don’t take Ocrevus , but many do who will give better insight, but from what I was told is that premedication is given before the Ocrevus injection , so it’s and tiny dosage of solumedrol and Benadryl to prevent any reaction from the Ocrevus.
