I drink 86 ounces of straight water every day, sometimes more. I have one 6 ounce cup of coffee in the morning with creamer. And a glass of water while I eat my Greek vanilla yogurt with granola, chia seeds, fresh blueberries, raspberries and blackberries added.

I to have always had dry skin. My father had "Ichthyosis". We were told by a dermatologist when our son was young about 3 months that is generally skips a generation and passes to the next. Well, my son has a mild case. And now since the BEAUTIFUL change of life, I have a mild case too. I think if I consumed more water I would benefit.
