I think crying is a pretty healthy and (can be) emotionally productive in building peace with negative things. When you've lost parts of yourself, expressing your sadness is important. Eventually you will normalize and move on and keep tackling life--one sucker punch at a time.
MS is the journey you didn’t want to take. However, you will find that you are strong enough because you have be! Surround yourself with good people, build a great support team, trust God and find a good MS neurologist. It’s going to be rough at times, but
