Many times I may fix a meal but don't eat because I'm not hungry. There are also times I don't feel like eating so I don't cook.. For those days I keep things in the freezer that my husband can fix for himself

I have a very small appetite 💜

I would be able to consume more than my boyfriends back then, now no appetite at all.
