Fort Erie, ON

Hey there. Was wondering if anybody out there had any advice regarding topical ointment or natural pain relief for joint pain? I don’t want to take any more medication than I already am.
TIA

I take CBD gummies (no THC) daily to help with my joint and muscle pain. I have osteoarthritis along with the MS, and CBD not only helps with the pain, but my internal tremors and muscle spasms. However, CBD does amplify my facial numbness, but I am fine with that. I also use Biofreeze on my joints when needed for pain. It really helps when my shoulder and hip pain before bedtime so I can sleep better.

I use different muscle rubs and patches. I prefer the ones with lidocaine but my husband prefers ones with menthol, they work better for him. I also take Tylenol Arthritis since a lot of my pain is arthritis. also drink chamomile teas (I buy the one with vanilla and honey) It may not really help me but in my head it does, so it does.
