It must be about 3 years. In France, the trade name is Fampyra, but it's exactly the same as Ampyra. The improvement in balance is about 20%.
No side effects so far Leaflets are umbrellas to reflect all possible effects described by all manufacturer, it's a way to be protected for them

I’ve taken it for about 10 years. Just make sure kidney function is okay.
