Montpellier, FR

I am cold on the outside, but warm on the inside, specially between my legs, arm pits and neck. If I cover myself I overheat, and if I don't, I get cold. Like this, I cannot sleep. There is no comfy position.

I take gabapentin for nerve pain and I also have prescribed cannabis which helps me to sleep.

My body temperature changes so much it has become a joke, but not a laughing matter. I'm hot and turn on the fan, then I get cold and turn off the fan. Back and forth.

Ok. Thank you. I wake up every 2 hours, sweating. Then I get cold. I am trying what I can: light clothes, washing my face before sleeping, fan in the breeze mode...

I manage 4 or 5 hours of sleep , more if I'm lucky. I usually wake up every hour or so. I do most of my sleeping in my recliner. I have tried Trazadone and it didn't work any better than Tylenol PM. I usually just use Melatonin. It helps me fall asleep but not stay asleep. I mostly start my days already tired.
