Oh yeah, I go from "zippa de do da" one minute to "oh, mama, could this really be the end . . .," the next. Consider doing puzzles, watching educational game shows, playing mahjong, taking Neurvive, Prevagen or other brain focus improvement supplement, magnesium glycinate and if you can afford it, magnesium threonate (most expensive magnesium). If your body can tolerate these, try lion's mane mushroom, cordyceps mushrooms or a mix of 3-5 mushroom blend including those two and reishi.
