I know it’s only an hour, however that hour always messes with me while I’m getting accustomed to the change. I hope it passes.

Members shared mixed opinions on making Daylight Saving Time permanent, with many expressing frustration over the twice-yearly clock changes and the toll it takes on sleep and mood. Several members described personal struggles like extra fatigue, disrupted sleep, and mood changes, while others noted they adjust quickly or are not affected at all. A recurring theme was that most people simply want a consistent time year-round, whether that means keeping DST or returning to standard time permanently.

They tried making DST permanent in the early 1970s, it only lasted a few months before too many accidents and complaints about dark mornings caused them to reverse it. I'd rather they eliminate DST and make standard time permanent,

The federal government should've kept time as is but seeing darkness out here at 9 in the summer and 4:30 in the winter respectively does have that benefit.

I would say yes. I hate the time changes. I always feel worse when it does. I'm like I want my hour of sleep back. 🧡

Statistically it's not great. And not needed anymore. It's past time to do away with it.
Also way passed time to get out of NATO, the HWO and the United nations.

Love having the extra daylight. It bothers me when it’s dark so early. It’s depressing. Love the sunshine and getting my vitamin D!
