Oh, keep trying, Anthony; maybe someone better,more humane will answer and help you out. About the transportation call earlier this week, this lady was wonderful and spent plenty of time with me getting the Ocrevus appt. and othe appts. situtated-took almost 35 min. to do the whole thing, much better than waiting 45 min. for someone to actually answer.
