I have RRMS I have more bad days then good. I was wondering anyone could give me advice on what has helped them. I have lost 3 jobs this year alone because I can’t function the way my job needs me too. Please help
I had to quit working due to my ms. I got 5 years after my dx. I was a workaholic. In 5 years I pushed my self so hard to be where I wanted to be. I made it. 4 mos later the stress put me in a wheelchair for three months. I had to quit working because the stress of my job kept giving me flareups. What’s the hardest thing I had to do that was in 2016 and I still miss it and I have no friends because they’re all working. But you have to listen to your body. I walk 3 1/2 miles a day now I was 165 pounds I’m 125 so you get to the places you want to be you will but your body has to come first. Good luck.❤️
I had to have plasmaphesis to get out of that wheelchair. And the number one thing I learned for steroids watermelon for the swelling.Lol
