When you go out, there is an app you can download that shows the location of all public toilets. The name of it is Flush. It can be a life saver at times.

Been wearing male adult pads for about 2 years now because I have difficulties leaking and messing myself. I get them at Amazon. It's been extremely helpful going to work and venturing out. Add my bowel issues and we're having a party in my pants. 😆 Gotta keep laughing and never embarrassed. Wish you all the best finding what works for you @A MyMSTeam Member
