In the past year or two I have been having the fatigue issues with severe sweating. It can last up to an hour and temperature doesn't matt

I sweat more when I have to urinate. I wake up every night sweating. I go pee and the sweating subsides. Until I have to pee again.

I get fatigue , some days worse than others where I feel like I can’t keep my eyes open. I do not have the sweating , but I do get hot flashes . Not sure if it is ms or perimenopause.
