Members responded to a lighthearted poll asking how they relate to their MS diagnosis, with answers ranging from defiant acceptance to frustrated cursing, and many landing somewhere in between. Several members shared personal coping strategies including medical marijuana, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, limiting alcohol, swimming, and leaning on faith, family, and community. A recurring theme was that living with MS looks different for everyone, and the thread carried a strong spirit of honesty, humor, and mutual encouragement.

All and none of the above - I’m left handed remember πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…πŸ₯²
I really try to just eat and drink and sleep but thank god every day for my blessings while cursing him in the same prayer … I ultimately will die trying to kill this disease with kindness and music.

I guess I'm more of a "D" than anything.... lol get it....?
I mean I stay healthy. But now and then drugs are fun. I'll drink once in a long while. I disguise my ms well. I try my best to ignore it. I played hockey for half my life so I feel it has prepared me for this MS business. I'm full of vinegar.
