Members shared their most meaningful advice about living with MS, with many emphasizing the importance of mindset, community, and staying active. Several members highlighted wisdom like 'don't let MS define you,' 'don't stop living life,' and 'use it or lose it' when it comes to exercise and staying engaged. A recurring theme was the power of surrounding yourself with positive, supportive people, communicating openly with loved ones, and taking life one day at a time.

I think my best advice I've received was to take deep breaths and take it one day at a time. And to know that god is always by your side.

Ok, my neurologist encouraged me strongly to consider CBD gummies with the .3 THC amount.

It has really helped to reduce the amount of anxiety and stress.

I shared with him my concern about psychoactive properties and did not want the high.

Years ago that was different in my BC days.

Yes, it helps me feel more relaxed and that amount of .3 is not very much at all.

I believe it is definitely *medicinal in nature.

Stay calm and if things don't go the way you wanted try again as often as needed. But overall has to be " use it or lose it."
