I looked it up on Mr Google @A MyMSTeam Member, it apparently means lack of focus and limited attention-span, often caused by too much screen and on-line activity, the mind jumps from one subject to another constantly and doesn't like Quiet.
That's enough to warn me off, thank you for drawing my attention to it Wednesday, scrolling and click-bait can be rabbit-holes!!

Not me...I am one of those person's who accidentally leaves my cell phone a home and it is "FREEING". I fly not needed a phone or movie. So I am good. But those "noise canceling" ear devises, I'd go for that, @A MyMSTeam Member!
