I also, have pain going down the right side of my face hurts than numbs. I'm so scared to move very uncomfortable does anyone know what is going to me?

Ouch, that totally sucks (no pun intended)! As the others have said, sounds like trigeminal neuralgia-try ice, heat, use Advil or another strong pain reliever. I use a facial roller to relieve the twinges in my cheeks.
It sounds like TN, trigeminal neuralgia, a chronic pain condition that causes intense, electric shock-like facial pain. I wish you better, @A MyMSTeam Member. We had a long sufferer on here with it. he finally stated that placing ice in a washcloth helped. Good Luck! 🤗

@A MyMSTeam Member, certainly sounds like Trigeminal neuralgia. I’ve had it a few times and it is the worst pain. There is medication you can try (carbamazapine). Hope it eases soon 🤗💜
