It seems like a very high priced item that won't give an MS patient the results hoped. There are so very many other ways to exercise our minds and bodies in a similar way without draining the checking account. Sorry just my opinion

Thank you! I was watching for discount deals as they are so expensive and I have other equipment I need to buy. Just so you know, the official site sells them, discounted, around the holidays. They also sell refurbished ones, but they sell very quickly. So, keep an eye out. Also, I just got mine as an open box, still under warranty and fully working, on eBay, for almost half price. My PT and OT told me that they would be a very useful, lifelong support for my symptoms. They can actually send me programs from their machines to mine without my having even to go into their office, which is awesome! Good luck!

I'm having my home gym/weight room converted to a rehab center to improve my walking and balance. and asked for them for Christmas. They look like they would be very useful! but I haven't used them.

That said, memory loss is a very real and frustrating part of MS for many people. Here are some strategies that MyMSTeam members and researchers have found helpful: Practical memory tools:
- Writing things down — Post-it notes, journals, and to-do lists are popular
- Using phone reminders or voice assistants like Alexa or Siri
- Keeping important items (like medications) in the same spot every day
- Using a pill organizer to track daily medications

Brain-stimulating activities:
- Reading challenging books
- Playing memory-based board games or crossword puzzles
- Learning a new skill
- Certain video games have also shown promise for improving cognitive function

One MyMSTeam member summed it up perfectly: *"My lists have lists!"* — sometimes the simplest tools are the most effective. 😄

If memory issues are significantly affecting daily life, speaking with a neurologist about cognitive rehabilitation is also worth exploring.
