Bladder control at night is a really common challenge with MS, and there are a few supplement and lifestyle approaches that people find helpful.

One supplement worth looking into is cranberry. Some people with MS report fewer bladder issues by keeping up with a regular cranberry supplement routine. It's worth noting that cranberry should not be used to treat an existing infection, but it may help reduce the bacteria that can cause problems over time. Beyond supplements, some practical habits that MyMSTeam members and MS specialists suggest for nighttime bladder control include:

- Limiting fluids at least 4 hours before bed
- Cutting out caffeine and alcohol, especially in the evening
- Emptying your bladder right before going to sleep
- Keeping up with pelvic floor exercises to strengthen bladder control muscles

If things are still tough at night, it may be worth talking to your doctor about medications that calm an overactive bladder overnight. Everyone's situation is a little different, so a specialist can really help tailor the right approach for you.

There's a new therapy. It uses stim for the bladder and bowel. Check with your local urologist. It's called Medtronic interstim https://www.medtronic.com/en-us/l/patients/trea... you test for 10 days and if it works it goes just under the skin and doesn't take long to install it you'll be in and out in an hour or two.

Well what I do and it seems to work for me
1- I wear depends every night, I can’t even remember when I was last incontinent but still I wear them, I got them on Amazon for about 70 cents each and I change them every night
2- I have a 1/2 caff 1/2 decaf coffee every morning, that much caffeine is ok for me
3- I take one Alfuzocin 10 mg and 1 pro scar every morning .
I am able to have 1 beer at night
