@anneburke3 being bored during the day will make it harder to sleep at night. If you are mobile and can handle exercise, or doing something to get a little tired can help, not exhausting but something like walking or and exercise video in the morning or afternoon.
Keep yourself as busy as you can during the day and stay out of your bed if possible. Then when you go to lay down at night your body will develop the habit and learn it is time for bed.
I suffer from insomnia, some things that help me are as soon as I get up I open all the blinds and let the sunlight in to let my brain know it is day time , and I dim all the lights an hour before bed and stop all electronics because the blue light will keep you awake because it tricks the brain that it is day time.
Hope you can develop a sleep routine that can help you get a good nights sleep, if not then reach out to your neurologist for meds .
Try SleepyTime teas they help a bit , we only need 3-4 hrs of good sleep to feel rested
I’ve discovered that when I am more active I sleep better. Days I take care of my grandson I find I sleep all night without waking! Just got to find the right balance as it takes me a day to recover from playing with a toddler 😂
I use medical thc. I've had a vape called 9 pound hammer. Knocks me right out.
Yes tirelessly, but they wont give me anything because im on too many medications apparently, so they would rather I suffer and go through my days like a walking zombie 🤣
