Members discussed Neurotropic B vitamins from Nuvel, with some sharing personal experience using them and noting they must now be purchased directly from the company since Amazon stopped carrying them. Several members pointed out that B vitamins are water-soluble and need regular replenishment, and that a standard B complex can be a more accessible alternative, though one member cautioned that B6 toxicity is real and can cause nerve damage if levels build up due to genetic factors. A recurring theme was cautious curiosity, with many members open to trying supportive supplements while acknowledging that vitamins alone won't cure MS but may help with focus and overall well-being.

My B6 levels were elevated about year ago. Apparently, B6 toxicity is a thing. So much so that vitamins containing more than 50mg will be removed from shelves in Australia starting next year. It can cause nerve damage, like we don’t have enough of that, and other issues. I had to go out of pocket to figure out why mine was high. In my area there were only two doctors who understood it and both had ridiculously long wait lists. In some cases, genetics can block your channels and you can’t pee out a water soluble vitamin and it will accumulate.
