Lauren Jansen, M.D., MPH

Dr. Lauren Jansen earned a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the University of Connecticut in 2012, a Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College in 2016, and a Master of Public Health from University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2021. She trained in family medicine at UC Davis Medical Center and in public health and general preventive medicine at UMass Chan Medical School. She is passionate about clear communication in medicine and public health.
With a deep understanding of the jargon that often surrounds medical information, Lauren works to translate these concepts into easily understandable language.
