an MS food plan (like the Best Bet plan, Swank MS plan), raw foods, unprocessed food plan, etc. If so, could you share what and what effect it may have had on you and your well being?

There is a great website called MS Diet for Women that shares some phenomenal information for our health. You might check it out. I am a member there as well. She gives tons of information, menus, grocery lists, recipes, etc. that she has researched and followed herself to manage her MS. It is great info!

The Paleo diet might help. This is before all the process & wanna be food came out :) I know, food we eat now taste better but sometimes we have to risk the taste if we want to feel better. The Paleo might be for some or not, not everybody would like it cuz some looks yucky or reading the recipes is like omgosh :O yuck, but I took the risk & it wasn't so bad, only difference is economy, the more natural/organic the food is the more mula it is.

no processed foods, no GMOs, modified paleo diet. Also.. switched ALL household and body products to plant-based items. Since I have done that, most of my symptoms have gone away, my MRI shows fewer lesions, and besides for the occasional aspirin, I do not take any medication. I am VERY distrustful of the FDA/BigPharm/BigMed... and won't become a "customer" until I have no choice.

I have looked into Wahl's Way. I have changed my eating habits and have gone to all homemade items with no (or very little) processed foods. I make a lot of leafy greens and such but the diet is well described by this Dr. who is treating her own MS with diet only. A link to it is:

I am on the Swank Diet- I can honestly say that when I veer off course, I can FEEL it. Too much saturated fat in one day? Hello, tingly hand... I honestly believe that Dr. Swank was really onto something with the saturated fat/MS connection. Lately I'm also trying to limit my sodium due to the new research that has come out recently...
