I'm the % its doesn't work for. I still throw up on air planes and I'm still smoking. But I did try it, obviously more than once. But it was VERY relaxing.
No- but meditation works nicely for me.
I've been taking a Hypnotherapy course at Bellingham Technical College. We have to practice in order to pass the class. Let me know if you like to try it by Skype, or over the phone. Like you said, it's non-toxic, and hey, if the placebo effect is 30% effective, why not hypnosis? They both harness the power of belief, and if nothing else, hypnosis can be stress-relief, and stress relief is good for Ms.
There's a lot to be said about the power of the way we think. How great it would be if cure MS was something as nontoxic as hypnosis. I'd try.
