Well this is a so familuar subject. Ive had anxiety most all of my life. So. As a child hugging mom took care of it. As i got older i used to drink which i thought worked but did not..as im older I talk to God. Saying prayers. I went to a dr who did counseling and taught self hynosis. And i have to say it helped incredibly. After a short while i was driving again. And had no anxiety or panic attacks.

I agree with @A MyMSTeam Member Take some cleansing breathes, a walk or drive but, firstly commune with GOD for peace of mind restoration, He's perfect in crisis!! Big Love Hugs @A MyMSTeam Member ;^D

Remember to breathe. Focusing on deep breaths - in and out. Go for a walk. Any kind of diversion.
