I bought an ankle brace at Walgreens but the strap that goes under your foot is so uncomfortable, I just can't bear to wear it, so I returned it.
for all types of ms you should go to dr. to be fited with braces dont buy otc you can endup in worse condition than before.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions. @hopengreen ~ my podiatrist told me to go to Walgreens; she didn't even show me an example of what I should buy. @AgentKurtCIA ~ I think the high top shoe might be worth a try.
