Is it neuropathy when you have burning in the feet and legs? Does anyone have this problem? What medications do people take for this?

I had spinal MRI done and no lesions, just on brain. I'm on 1800 mgs gabapentin but still wake up in middle of night (with nothing covering ft or legs) with this burning in legs. Feet even look red at certain times.
