I was walking into a room and all of the sudden I was bent over in excruciating lower back pain that extended down my fanny and hips. I could barely walk. Took a flexaril and laid down. Horrible pain is gone but it is still painful and tender. I can now stand up straight, bend over and walk slowly. Was this a flare up?
