Has anyone else had issues with Rebif? I was diagnosed 1/09 and started taking Rebif shortly after. The side effects have driven me to the point where I am missing injections and I just don't want to do it anymore. I get injection site reactions and I have to inject before bed. If I inject too early I get horrible flu like symptoms and spike 101 fevers. I do it at night so that I usually sleep through all that. I soak in a warm tub bath. Tylenol then straight to bed. I use
Have you tried ibuprofen before your injection instead of excedrin? I've heard it is more effective against the side effects.
Rebif was a problem for me too, it seems alot of people have had issues with that drug. I had injection site reactions, bruising and flu like symptoms and increased pain...ugh! I hated those injections, I used to take 4 advils every because of the pain I cried alot because of that torture. Now I'm on Gilenya and its working so well for me.
