I've been on Tysabri for 4months now, and I notice a hunger increase for a few days after infusion. But my neuro put me on Adderall for lack of energy and fatigue - I've actually lost 10 lbs since taking it and the hunger after infusions decreases.

i do the same thing. i have my husband get me a turkey sand. beforei am finished. i am a nutritionist, think its stress related.

I have to ask for something for exhaustion. Its horrible.

I will have my 4th infusion of tysabri in January. I usually end up sleeping thru it. I am exhausted during it and 2 days after it. The day after I get achy. My hair is so dry and falls out. I was told by my doctor the hair thing is normal. I have started since October and change in bowel movements, like running to the bathroom (sorry!). Blood levels were drawn, urea nitrogen was low, nucleated red blood cells were .3%, monocytes were high, atypical lymph were high as well. Any help with the blood tests? I was referred to my gastro doctor. I made the appt to see him, to see what's going on, because I am told its not a side effect of Tysabri.

I have been on TYSABRI for 2 years. I feel better once I get my treatment and my appetite increases usually 2 days after treatment for me.
