Hi @SueLettieri, I haven't found anything to help it. Have you talked with your Dr. about it? Could you describe what kind of dizziness do you have?

Has amyone been dx'd with secondary progressive MS (SPMS)?? How did the doc's know? Can anyone tell me about it? What to expect? I think I might have it

@SueLettieri, I just heard from someone that marijuana helps with vertigo. I don't use it, so I wouldn't know, but some people on this site do. Maybe they could verify that.

Well it sounds like nothing is out there to help. But you never know what they might come up with. I think I will continue with vestibular rehab and keep my fingers crossed!
