I haven't been sleeping well for weeks now and have slowly been more painful as well. Yesterday I was in such pain and all over body aches. I tried to take a walk with my hubby to see if it would help. I felt horrible by the time I got home. I checked my temperature and I had a fever of 100.6. I know that fever/inflammation can make ymthe symptoms feel worse. Also, getting too hot can do it. I was told by my Neuro from day one no more hot tubs or hot showers.

Did you have an exacerbation after the flu shot
Every time I tell a doctor that a normal temp for me is subtemp...even 97, I can tell they don't believe me...even when they measure it that way in office. They still say that 99 is normal.
I've always had a low body temp which is why I am cold all the time I think. Luckily, last time I had surgery, the nurse brought me a heated blanket.
My regular temp is usually under 98 - when I am at 98.6 they say no fever. I wonder if most ms people run low temps. Just thinking out loud - or at least with my fingers and keyboard!
