Hi
I was diagnosed in 2002 with RRMS. My symptoms were numb face, legs and my whole lower torso up to my chest. That lasted probably two-three weeks and I went back to normal. I was on Avonex for a year but couldn't tolerate feeling sick every week. I was feeling good so I wasn't in a hurry to find another treatment. Ask for intravenous solumedrol (prednisone), I had it for 5 days (2 hrs a day) . A nurse came to the house to administer it. It is amazing. The only time I have felt " normal " since being diagnosed.

Im just getting notification of this question from 2013🤣😂! But my experience…REBIF is the DEVIL! I wanted to die! I had trouble walking, talking, brain fog was horrible, fatigue..not to mention the depression is caused. When I was on Rebif I wanted to die! My doctor took me off of Rebif and onto gilenya and I became me again! No more fog, no more depression and I was able to run again and did 3 5ks! The meds for MS are horrible but the worst that I’ve taken so far was Rebif! I’m on Ocrevus now and I’ve had no problems at all with it! I have had 2 flares but not from the medicine(stress induced). A little late to the party but I recommend anyone on Rebif to switch because Rebif is SATAN!
