I get an electrical shock when I bend my neck to look down. It goes from my neck to my fingertips. It hasn't stopped for the 12 years I've had MS. Crazy feeling, that's for sure. I hope you feel better soon!

"Electric Shock" feeling is very common in MS. It happens quite often if you have a lesion in the brain stem. I do and have to be very careful bending my neck forward to look down, because at times it can drop me in my tracks.

I call them fire shots, definitely gets my attention, I stop, breathe, and smile

It is called Lhermittes. I had it ten years before I was diagnosed. It is a very common sign and detector of MS. If I had know that back then I would have been diagnosed a lot earlier. If you search for it on the internet you can read all about it.

On occasion I have had a strong buzzing down my spine when I put my chin to my chest, but it hasn't been very bothersome. It's the "lightening strikes" on the side of my head that have been quite painful, but each strike is over quickly. and cause me to freeze and just breathe until they are over. They have come for a few hours and then they're gone for weeks or months. I take it as a sign that I need to calm down my life and/or obligations for a time to help try to avoid an exacerbation.
