I used to get my meds from them but it switched to CVS Caremark. I don't remember any issues with getting medications from them. My mail order pharmacy keeps changing.

Finally got my Avonex. Hopefully, I won't have problems next month.

My answer part II: MedCo IS Accedo. Coventry's specialty pharm (for my company anyway) is now Aetna. If I had a choice, I'd pick Accredo. Aetna sucks. And now I will be without my Gilenya for at least a few days...hoop jumping sucks.

I have been using them for about 5 years now. First for my Avonex, then Rebif and now Glynia. I have had a few problems with them. Nothing gets me madder than someone who will not give me my drugs! IThey lost the rx they did not have the Glynia assistance co=pay information. For the last year everything has been good with them.
I hope you don't continue to have problems.

Express scripts is taking over the Pharma world!! They also took over Medeco. I had trouble getting a script to them thru mail, after I followed all their directions.. which I was giving the wrong directions. It was so frustrating... but I should be on track now.
