I asked how long I could be off Copaxone before its protection was hone. Dr said at least six weeks so don't sweat missing one shot.

My first delivery took a while. At first Shared Solutions told me that my prescription would be with a specialty pharmacy called Adecco (or something like that) After not hearing anything from anybody for about two weeks I called the Pharmacy to find out what was going on. They told me that they wouldn't be filling my script and that I had to get it from Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. So then I called Shared Solutions and told them and they said that nobody had informed them. If I hadn't called my prescription would have fallen between the cracks in the system. Shared Solutions gave me the telephone number for Walgreens and they asked them to expedite it since it had been lost in the system for a few weeks. I received the first Shipment promptly just a few days later. I called Walgreens yesterday and they said that mine would ship out on Monday, January 11th

Did you call Shared Solutions and ask for their help with it? They got the pharmacy to put a rush on mine, they might be able to do the same for you.

My first refill for the new year is to arrive Wednesday the 13th. Never had a problem prior so hoping this will continue.
