When your in a profession you love then must give it up because of any reason that will cause stress. Now trying to a job you feel competent and confident learning also causes stress. Please do whatever you can to limit the stress in your life. With your creditials there are so many options available to you. Try getting in touch with a career counselor. I have no idea what you available in your area, but in Daviess county we have a Career center that will help with all aspects from getting a GED to placing management personell. I understand how you feel. I have made the decision to give up my career as an English teacher. I faced the same issues that you described. I have been teaching for 17 years and this was a difficult, emotional decision for me. Once my symptoms are a little more under control, I do plan to contribute to society again in some way.

I'm so sorry Billee. No words help when a career is lost b/c of MS. Find something to keep your mind off of it as bet you can.
