I find it sad that before SS denied my claim many people said,"you'll be denied". Any "reason" for this? I don't need to prove I am unable to work. MS says it for me. Hands & feet numb & frozen since September 2013. No one can tell me if feelings will be restored. It is a wild, wacky & weird disease. I'm appealing ;)
Me too
That is not true everyone is not denied. I was' nt and I was approved and through the process within 6 months. Wishing you all the best.
Unfortunately that is how our federal government works. I have a friend who is an attorney and he said most get turned down the first time. He wrote a letter for me with my appeal and it went right through the second time.
I have just sent my appeal also...I ended up hiring a law firm to handle mine though! It is so frustrating having to deal with this...I mean I get so fatigued I can't hold my head up for a long period of time and they think I can work a regular job like this? These people are crzy!!!! Ugh! Hopefully all will work out for both of us in the very near future!!!
hi I was turned down 2or3 times then told I was to go to a herring .got lawyer and he didn't file right, a friend said call state delete we did ,couldn't believe it but 3 week later there was a deposit 42,000 in bank. when you get a lawyer it should be a s s approved one they only take I think 12 percent
