Is Massage A Necessary Part Of MS

I feel the need frequently for a decent professional massage to release the muscles in my neck and shoulder area.....back as well if the truth is told, but my neck and shoulders are SCREAMING at the moment

@A MyMSTeam Member. Is chiropractic care covered by your insurance? I just happened to go to a chiropractor who had a massage therapist on staff. Was able to get needed massages for muscle spasms to chest and back covered that way since the service was billed through chiropractic service.

My insurance won't pay anything for massage and it is so helpful for me. I try to go every few weeks, but it does get expensive.
