y feet have been having me slit of problems lately ,throbbing,aching type pain.at time my lower legs feels like I have bands around my legs .Does anyone else have this ?
I have this allot and my doctor put me on 2mg of clonazepam and after a couple of weeks they have been okay
My right leg is a problem. Have a band like feeling around right knee. Area does loosen with exercise but tightens with cool /cold weather or sitting for a long periods.
I have a lot of problems with my legs and feet. Sometimes they feel cold, hot sometimes, the throbbing aching type of pain that you mentioned, and many times I feel like I have pins and needles sticking all through them. I have been on Neurontin for years but I don't think it is helping anymore. The best thing that I find that works is 400 mg of ibuprofen and a lot of movement. I just kind of walk around and stomp my feet or get on the stationary bicycle. Sometimes I'm too tired to do that but the ibuprofen, although it does not take away the discomfort, it makes it bearable.

Yes! My left leg also feels swollen, but when I look at it, it is not.
