Yes, usually one side more than the other- but definitely tingling and burning sensation in the right leg and right foot. Epsom salts help, I was also advised to increase my Magnesium intake to between 250-500 mg a day-also helps with constipation.

Yes! I mainly notice at night when I am trying to sleep, but it is pretty constant. I do have a muscle relaxer when I need it. I also take Ambien at night to fall asleep with it.

I keep stretching out my fingers to keep them mobile, also keep using my left hand to pet dogs even though I feel very little, they still appreciate my effort :]

yes, thats real problem for me, my feet hurt all the time to walk on them. and if touched by someone else feels like a knife being jabbed at me. Lyrica has helped alot with the abroupt pain. still hurts to walk on them though.
