Has anyone used a electric muscle stimulator to help make weak, non-functioning muscles stronger? If so, was it at the pt office or do you own one? Any success?

I use one at PT and I own one. Of course the one at PT is better but I do get some help with the one I own as well.

I use a vibration platform for the muscle weakness. It seems to work well - and is backed up by studies.

Yes, I just read where the fDa made them over the counter now. Don't know if you cam get o eocer the counter yet, so you may need a Rx for one, but they help.
