I have trouble with my toes curling under and causing pain.

That is how many doctors dx your MS, with having a look at your toes. If they curl, you have MS. Mine do all the time. Maybe a muscle relaxer would help.

Yes, that is sometimes an indication that you are developing foot drop. Your toes are compensating for balance issues and weakness in your leg. I learned that the muscles in your calf control your ankle and if they don't work, then foot drop will occur. The progression can be gradual and before you know it you can be limping your way through life (or wearing a WalkAid, like me). Go see your doctor or a physical therapist that specializes in MS ASAP. You can learn some exercises that can help before the weakness goes too far.

My fingers have started doing this. Very painful.

I sometimes have cramps in the arch of my foot that is very painful , I was on gabapentin that helped, now have switched to lyrica,
