@A MyMSTeam Member I have actually had one for over 11 years. They wanted it to be replaced every 5 years with the older model. The 2nd pump was actually a larger capacity. I strongly recommend it. My headaches were getting so bad from the high dose of oral baclofen. I have to go in and get my pump filled every 6 weeks. It's about the size of a hockey puck and was surgically put under the skin in my abdomen. There is a catheter that is directly inserted in my spinal fluid. No headaches.

Oh cool! That's one thing I've wondered about -- the longevity angle. I seem to tolerate the oral stuff well (I eat 240mg/day) but I know it's a hassle for my doctors prescribing that much. My kidneys seem to process that well enough.

Again, that's great to hear. I figure that sooner or later that's a road I'm going to go down.

That's exactly how my initial MS doctor suspected I had MS.

I know that if someone tests your feet reaction by scraping up the bottom of your feet heal to toe normally your toes would go down but I know mine having MS curl up.
