Does anyone have BMS(Burning Mouth Syndrome?

Ha yeah look it up, my mouth burns all the time but especially when I use toothpaste or eat any thing with the least bit spice in it. I used to love spicy food my husband is from Mexico so you know I cook Mexican alot. I just have to make it separate for me, pain in the butt.

I do. Had it for years. I take B6 tabs 2-3 times a day. I also wash mouth with a light light tobacco sauce rinse when my mouth starts to burn. You think it will be worse. give it a couple of days and it desensitizes your mouth. At least these two things are not medications in the system.

I heard gargling with sage water can help numb your mouth if needed, prior to brushing, etc.
