Has anyone felt like their insides are shaking or they can feel the blood moving in their body. I've had this for about 3 days.

Oh my goodness, I get that too and it makes me bonkers. I take clonazepam when it gets bad and my legs wont stop moving. It really helps, even in low doses.

I have that too from time to time. I believe it is related to the nerves, it feels like a vibration throughout your body. I try to ignore it and go on about my day. I do find that caffeine will sometimes make it worse.

I just joined and that's the first question I posted. I just had it twice, once a week or so ago and then just yesterday. My neurologist said it was anxiety and told me to take my lorazapam. I can't shake (pardon the pun) the feeling it's not that simple. I have anxiety but I didn't feel anxious I just feel really weird inside it's not fun to have get up and go to the bathroom all day and feeling like my heart is in my neck

In looking for what might be happening with me, I stumbled (big surprise, I stumble a LOT) into this question. I feel like I am vibrating/shaking on the inside. I have a neuro appointment tomorrow so I'm going to ask about it. It makes me feel a little better knowing that I'm not completely alone on this one.

Sugar will sometimes make this worse, too.
